People tend to use the "END_OF_DIALOG" to signal the end of a specific scenario or something like that, so when they start another scenario in the characters definition the AI doesn't mix them both as happening in the same "Chat". Least, so I heard.

Unfortunately, the amount the characters remember stayed the same. So despite the fact that the definition itself is 32000 the AI will only remember and use the 3200 characters of it's definition, anything that goes over that amount WILL be forgotten. So don't waste your time filling that up after 3200 characters.

Edit: It's not a gradual kind of thing, everything from 1-3200 characters are remembered and likely not forgotten and then everything after that basically does not exist.
