Okay so it's really hard to explain for an English speaker
"a" is pronounced the same as in Spanish, so is "e." The "e" is a little tricky for English speakers, try to pronounce it as "ey," and then cut it off part way through
ʃ is pronounced the same as the English "sh" sound
q is pronounced the same as arabic Qāf (ق) so kind of like a "k" sound, but further back near your uvula (the dingly thing at the back of your mouth)
k and t are pronounced similarly to English "k" and "t," but without gusts of air after them
The line over the last "a" just means that one is pronounced longer than the others.
