So there's this group of 4 alters we call 'the quiet room gang'. There's Al-s (a ghost), Lake (Chaotic femboy), Azul (mute who can't type), and Emi (a poltergeist/wraith/banshee). Emi's room is the 'quiet room' because she and Al-s aren't good with loud noise and bright lights.
Anyways!!
Azul has bandages around his neck and was really self conscious about it. So as a way to show him support and love, Al-s and Emi started to wear chokers. And when Lake joined the group he started to wear one too. And they customize them with each other.
(It's also why none of the other alters wear chokers as it's reserved for them.)

Okay! So I mentioned Emi earlier, but not her partner M. So, Emi is very very emotional. She legit always has tears running down her face. And M, our Primary protector, is very... emotional distant/apathetic.
Now, they've been in the system a long time. Emi used to be always crying or panicking, and M was very grumpy and aggressive (and blunt).
They both healed a bit and actually started hanging out a lot. And they talked to each other and helped each other heal more. Emi calmed M and M made Emi more confident.
Eventually they realized they liked each other and talked about being together. Emi expressed fear that M would be very physically affectionate which she can't handle. But M said "I'm Ace, dont enjoy kissing, and just want to hold your hand." And they got together.
And funny enough, Emi actually is always hugging and cuddling with M now.

Mindless hatred and violence leading to war and mass death that gets these factions nowhere but further into the graves they dig themselves.
