On Feb 21st I found out that my One Piece locals was scheduled for the wrong time (1pm when it should have been 7pm)
I tried to go in and fix it, it would not let me. I did not want to look as if I was falsifying information, so I created an instand event for 7pm. The event fired we had 19 participants. I reached out to the [email protected] email. They said nothing could be done. I felt that was bit brushed off so while I was at GAMA, Bandai represenatives were present and helping with BOP. I went and showed them this email. The gentleman said "that is incorrect, this can be fixed, from now on you need to go to the BOP support Discord for helps regarding the website" I posted my issue in that discord and have been met with crickets from anyone official. So I am posting here because maybe, just maybe, I am wrong on which discord server to use, EVEN THOUGH the gentleman at Gama showed me the Discord and it was BOP support. It really should not be this hard to assist with a scheduling error. Is this a place I can post an issue with the Bandai OP website and get it fixed?

I'm sorry you're having difficulty with this.
The information you were provided on site was incorrect.
There are 2 "public" facing BOP servers.
The first is this one. The point of this server is to further the judge program, answer questions about the games themselves, and promote education and involvement for regional level events (and higher!)
The second one, where you were potentially directed to, is specifically for support with events which award an invite to a Finals event. For example, Red Bull Double Don!! events and Store Championships.
For normal store events (your normal weekly locals, Store Treasure Cups, NTCs, etc) all support is handled through the email address that you posted in your message and/or via the contact button in TCG+.
Do you recall who it was you spoke with specifically? If so, please DM me their information so I can make sure they are provided accurate information in order to best answer questions in the future.
