Sorry if this is the wrong place but having trouble with the website. I am an owner of a shop and have been trying to do tournaments locally. I set the stuff up on the app, but no one can sign in using the app. Am I doing something wrong? I have a tournament tomorrow and the app says deadline is closed already.

Did you set the event up as an "instant store local"?

Yes. That seems to be the only option if I want to set up anything unless there is another option I am missing.

Events are scheduled in waves ahead of time. Stores can make more events on demand as instant store locals, but those can only be signed up for in store and the TO will have to manually add them to the event.
It won't be a problem for future waves of events once you're able to apply to the event series
