Happens in:
- Changing presences
- Favoriting gifs
- Inbox changing tabs
- Game activity toggle
- Collapsing emoji/sticker categories (favorites, server, recents, etc.)
- Favoriting emojis/stickers
and more to be discovered - Attempting to move servers (not easy to replicate.)
This issue is present on Vesktop AND Vencord and confirmed to be happening on stable, ptb and canary.
Temporary work around:
Import your theme with quick css.

Not sure if this has been reported or not, but I have checked for this issue on betterdiscord using the ptb discord build, and was not able to get it to happen when switching status, opening emoji picker, or the inbox. Also confirmed that the issue does still happen with vencord and the ptb build.
I know a "fix" has been reported but I wanted to share some potentionally helpful info.

if the settings' themes key (or smth like that) has file names inside it, it means it will always search for those for no reason whatsoever

and after removing the theme i can slightly confirm it was the theme

I have this happen in WizardUI as well, this looks to not be isolated. Mine occurs when someone goes offline or the state of any server changes (notifs, anything that requires a visual update)
Moving the skin to QuickCSS does mitigate this however.
I have two instances of discord up, one PTB and one non, and the PTB one is not on QuickCSS, with a recurring flicker, tabbing in and out, clicking away, changing status on the other, someone coming online. Something to note that this does not seem to happen with Hardware Acceleration on? Figuring out more of why this is going on.
