hello! i am on fedora linux and have installed vesktop using flatpak. i am getting an selinux alert when i try to open the app. here are the details:

SELinux is preventing vesktop.bin from using the execheap access on a process.

Plugin: allow_execheap
The vesktop.bin application attempted to change the access protection of memory
on the heap (e.g., allocated using malloc). This is a potential security
problem. Applications should not be doing this. Applications are sometimes
coded incorrectly and request this permission. The SELinux Memory Protection
Tests web page explains how to remove this requirement. If vesktop.bin does not
work and you need it to work, you can configure SELinux temporarily to allow
this access until the application is fixed. Please file a bug report against
this package.

If you do not think vesktop.bin should need to map heap memory that is both writable and executable.
you need to report a bug. This is a potentially dangerous access.
Contact your security administrator and report this issue.
this doesn't seem similar to any of the issues that are outlined in known-issues but i may be wrong. this error occurs and vesktop is stuck on the little loading window, and when i attempt a restart it is stuck white-screened. im able to downgrade if necessary but i wanted to share here just in case it's an issue

3. Make sure you are in the discord folder, if not, go there

4. ctrl+a and delete (aka, delete everything in the folder)

5. Go back a folder (outside of the discord folder, it'll either be ProgramData or your windows username)

6. Delete the discord folder

7. Now open discord

• If it works, cool, install vencord
• If not: reinstall discord, install vencord

Throwing a question out there.
I'm using both the userscript (tampermonkey-firefox) and have Vencord on my client (flatpak-stable).
For some reason 86% of the time, the userscript (specfically) instead of loading properly throws an error (see attached). Peaking in #1257025907625951423, I haven't seen anything similar (unless I am blind).

I have tried reinstalling the userscript and the script agent, purposly 9/SIGKILLing my browser to see if I could reproduce the non error'ed state. And I am at a loss of where I should go further here.

Hi. I'm experiencing an issue where the vesktop window extends beyond the visible area. When tiled it looks like the window is smaller but i can move my mouse to the area outside and resize the window using the "invisible" border.

I think I've found a bug with Wayland KDE. This problem happens in both my Linux Mint install (tweaked to use KDE with Wayland) and my new Arch install. Basically when I click "Share your Screen", a window pops up asking me to choose a screen or window, I select a window then an in app window pops up asking to select an audio source and tweak the quality settings, then it starts the live but asks for the screen / window again. If I just close the screen, the live is blank but still plays audio. My guess is that the first window is a gateway to the quality / audio selection window, then it asks for the window properly. I'm currently using the AppImage as the yay discord patcher, just broke the screen share button

Okay so this has already resolved itself but I'd like to understand the issue in case it happens again.

Basically, around 1 hour ago one channel in one server I'm in suddenly began having giant spaces between messages (it's very obvious because of my theme). No restarts happened that caused this, you can blatantly see it just abruptly started. A restart did not get rid of the giant spaces, nor did it add them above the message it started at.

I checked out the code via inspect element and found that in between the messages with giant spaces was a variable called "groupStart_d5deea". This variable could not be found before the giant spaces started, or on any other channels on that server or any other.

The message gaps abruptly stopped a few minutes ago, and the groupStart variable is no longer showing between any further messages. What the fuck happened, how can I stop it from happening in the future if it happens again, and is there a way I can prevent this in the future?
