1. Make sure discord is fully closed in task manager

2. Press "take me there"

3. ctrl+a and delete (aka, delete everything in the folder)

4. Go back a folder (outside of the "discord" folder, it'll either be "ProgramData" or your windows username)

5. Delete the "discord" folder

6. Now open discord

• If it works, cool, install vencord
• If not: reinstall discord, install vencord

my theme suddenly stopped working, vencord itself is fine, plugins still work. downloaded 2 more recently updated themes (my old one was last updated in 2021💀) to try out and they also dont work. vencord is fully updated, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, themes still dont work. The most common cause of lag is poorly written CSS.

To see if this is the case for you, try temporarily disabling all themes and your QuickCSS.

Hey guys, I have an issue with the ShowHiddenChannels, on a server, if I browse channels and add or delete any channel, it removes the ability to view hidden channels, idk if it's a known issue or not (didn't see anything about it in #1222936386626129920 )

Hey everyone, I installed Vesktop via the RPM package on Fedora linux. I am running KDE 6 and wayland. Unfortunately, the client is very buggy, clicking certain menus, channels, or different servers, causes certain UI elements to flicker in and out. It's pretty annoying, text also seems to lag when typing sometimes. Any help?

I would also like to mention the flatpak version did not have this issue, I decided to move to the rpm version when I realized the rich presence via arRPC wasn't working on the flatpak.

You can only use plugins made specifically for Vencord.

vesktop is a web version (normal discord client is as well but its the easiest way to explain it) but global keybinds may be implemented in the future
