discord disabled a few experiements is my guess, here's what worked for me

• uninstall vencord
• open discord
• open the inspect menu (CTRL + SHIFT + I)
• wait for a bit (discord should log you out eventually)
• log back in
• reinstall vencord

logging out disables all experiments

I had a few enabled but I dont know why it would do that, so take what i said with a grain of salt in the form of "it might not work" but it's what fixed my issue when i was getting stuck on a gray screen

Did discord push an update that breaks vencord or vesktop? The actual discord app is fine but Vesktop has this on all profiles I check.
This also starting to show after a discord update installed iirc. I assume its a discord update but want to ask anyways to confirm.

Hi i tried to instal ven again since it was outta date and when i reinstalled it, it said i needed to give it full disk access even tho i did

So, I'm running on XCFE EndeavourOS (Arch Linux) and using Vesktop, it's closing the moment it tries launching and I've tried updating / resetting as well as reinstalling, it was fine earlier but now upon turning my computer off it closes mere seconds after the launcher starts.

So I've been trying to dive into why I can no longer stream videos on discord, We use the fake nitro to get the higher quality streaming so we can host movie nights and have had no problem for weeks but suddenly when I attempt to stream a movie it's a black screen. All other types of videos appear fine but only movies are black screen. Is this a vencord or discord issue as I've only had this problem recently. Hardware acceleration has been turned off, all appropriate applications and drivers are updated, tried repairing the install of vencord I'm at a loss and any help would be appreciated to get movie night back in action.
