Hello I have an issue. I've been hacked/token grabbed. I don't know where this is coming from do you have any help for me?

I was before the hack/token grab having 2FA but the person who was having access to my account has bypassed it. I've only use my phone today and yesterday evening for answering a couple of DMs and I didn't use the computer since this thursday evening.

Do you have any idea for helping me ? The person who was having access was today on the afternoon but I do not see any weird connection and app that have access to my account. I've deleted all the app and account that was logged in (PC & phone).

I've also edit my password twice and changed my email.

UPDATE: hi there! i found the issue!

for anyone having this issue; if you put the image into the discord dev application assets as capital letters, it'll do this. make sure when you're adding images to not make them capital, even putting in capital letters in the key will not fix the problem. make sure to type it in ALL lowercase when naming an image.
