avaudioengine is a bit complicated because its designed for advanced audio graphing, meaning you connect nodes up together to apply effects to inputs and outputs. its complicated to stream it from network because avaudioplayernode is designed for local files. so instead we have to make a custom way of grabbing packets of audio from remote source in real time, decode and convert to raw pcm before then sending it down the graph to be rendered and played
