Unable to detect new wipe with -> private void OnNewSave(string filename)

Can't get this to work with any of the plugins that use this.

Ahh I was wondering why all my plugins didn't wipe data. My first wipe using carbon, and had a suspect it was that, as I have never had that happen before.

I'm thinking it was a error somehow in my process of converting over from oxide at the wipe. I will see how it goes the second month on wipe day after using carbon for this month.
