I purchased the LE Ping G435 Max driver and the Callaway Ai-ONE putter. Played one round with them. And now they have disappeared from my bag. Instead of showing as “owned” in the store, they now show as being available for purchase again.

Just had a similar problem, game crashed so had to reload. When i reloaded id lost all purchased clubs and obviously all grinded fittings and progress for said clubs/ball. FUMING
