As long as you provide full code to allow anyone to rebuild it the same way you have it's alright.
The base idea is you need to keep all the files from the original repository available and listed, unless they're dead code and not used by the project.

Yeah that's its my bad i was thinking for new user the build it's more light than the dev,so that's my fault but when I arrive from my job I gonna post the two version the build and the dev version

The main repo should be the dev build, people need to simply be able to clone the repo, install dependencies / libs and be able to work on it.
Should create releases that remove the source code and contains the minified/built code, that doesn't breach license
