@rich river you encremented the option to have the npc's synched is that cause you delete the player ped anyway when they interact with the npc?

If I talk to an NPC - I disappear as I enter the dialog for the other player.

my ped disappears.

and when I'm done talking, I come back.

Yes, cause I'd like to not disappear 🙂 as it kinda breaks immersion that I go poof 😄
