Reflects the mmo atmosphere!
this is amazing
please remove community bridge and use build in bridges
. other than that, this looks pretty cool
Dont say new world plz
Holy I love this
Okay this is insanely dope 🔥 awesome work
Hmmm, I disagree.
He should keep Community Bridge. It's going to make it much easier for him to maintain and even improve the code in the future.
ew fuck no, its a piece of shit with poor quality code everywhere
That's like most free scripts out tho tbh. Obviously that's not a constant, some really amazing coders put out really good free stuff but in general. And the thought process behind community bridge is smart and honestly needed. There are way too many bridges and such that exist and we do need a localized option. So maybe we should all work together and not fight over something that will help push fivem along.
theres too many bridges so heres another one
thats honestly the stupidest thing ive ever heard
nobody needs a bridge, especially one that looks like it was written by AI
if your entire script rests on a third party that has been proven to write terrible code, you are likely going to have breaking changes every few weeks
Exactly. There are already way too many bridges. When I was making my server, I had to create my own version of Renewed-Lib (back then it was the only lib that was properly written, not sure about now) with all the features that other scripts needed. So that way I got rid of 10 or so bridges which did pretty much same.
What we really need is to work together on one solution instead of everyone making their own bridges, so we end up with one lib / bridge that works for all.
Don’t blame me.. thats just how I see it.
we really dont need any more bridges
keeping it centralised keeps one point of failure
What I meant was let's localise.
Why do we go to the AI argument whenever we dont like something 😅
Bridge is used by almost 700 servers. They must be doing something right.
thats a stupid argument, qb-core is used by 8500 servers, doesnt change the fact that its still a pile of shit
Qbcore argument makes sense tho cause prior all we had openly available was ESX. Now it's just people being lazy not switching to QBOX.
vrp?????
theres nobody being lazy because theres still people in that qb discord glazing tf out of their shit framework
What exactly is bad with the code base? I’m genuinely curious.

its in the old ox discord
oh
Hahaha
checking the server id every second, this does not change AT ALL once connected. they've removed it now, but the fact this ever existed shows at least some substantive proof of it being generated by an LLM. This whole thing just seems to be like its trying to replace ox_lib and simply adding framework bridging to it.
theres no way it was written by a human
damm they really changed unit tests to examples after I said they werent unit tests
Too bad they didn't take my idea of spinning up a quick server in github actions
easier to just delete the whole repo
easier to just stop hating how about that
i think i love you
Thanks for taking to time to explain!

The people at community bridge are great. Its not one person, its a team.
Unlike some communities we take feedback into consideration whether it hurts our feelings or not. We are not petty. We are here for the developers
if something makes sense to change well change it
very cool and different for sure
Fixed it, it's blip range
wheres my enemy health bar
Would be cool
