ox_lib redesign release

Working on a complete redesign of several assets ox_lib, ox_inventory, ps-mdt, etc so our RP server has the same styling all over.

I will be updating design as i have the time, there are some inconsistances right now with border radiuses etc here and there, you can easily fix it urself or just wait for me to update it.
