Warehouse Script

Soo, to sum it up: I want to write a script where you can rent warehouses and do various things there, like turning them into a regular warehouse, growing weed in them, or even building a meth lab. Unfortunately, I think there's very little you can do with them. So I need more ideas about what you can do with them.

Weed growing and packing ... (or drugs thing not just weed)
crypto mining place
money laundering and printing
fraud things like fake plates making, fake ids ...
indoors farming
