CFX doesn't allow external API's pretty much, it has to be hosted on the server.

locally can cause issues in server performance and resource resmon, if the text file is long or high quality, and also if a lot of people are in the server and hella requests, it can cause a lag, + you wont have as much customization as elevenlabs, it has like hundreds of voices etc

Well it is an issue. You can make it, can you cannot host on keymaster and sell it on tebex especially. If you'll sell it, they'll take it down, forum post will be also taken down.

It's not about pettiness. Can't tell exactly what, but it brakes their rules, so you can it whatever you want tbh. Rules are the same, as it was applied to 17mov also.
