Would need some more info on this. Sounds like a niche problem.

The car you were using, was it an addon or vanilla GTA vehicle?
Do you have any scripts that affects vehicles?
Was this isolated to one specific vehicle model?
How many times has this occurred?
Are you on a fresh server, or do you have lots of scripts running?

If you are using a vehicle that is not a vanilla gta vehicle, and you are on a fresh qbox server, i would assume that its an issue with the addon car thats causing that to happen.

Does this happen with any other cars?

Also, check your F8 log and TxAdmin log for errors, when the issue occurs.

I remember that being high stress would cause you to just completely stop when you are in a vehicle and your screen would turn black atc
