I mean not necessarily. this creates a ped only for the clients that are currently in that area. and despawns them when you leave that area. what advantages does making these target peds server side give you?

fair enough on that point if you are using it for "secret" locations

90% of the time im making peds that need targets that arent "secret" so didnt much matter to me at the time of making this

so i could actually refactor slightly for keeping this in mind
