Jetways MSFS / GSX

Hi, I try to "mix" MSFS and GSX services when I arrive at gate, ie : after landing, I ask free gate to MSFS ATC and I want to "deboard" after parking and cut engines. But when I launch GSX menu at this instant, it proposes gates but no the entire menu whith "deboarding choice". It will be possible to detect parking state and show this menu ?

Do you mean you are inside a gate with engine off and the brake set, but you don't see the service menu and, instead, you see the "Parking selection" menu ?

If yes, that means there's a scenery conflict, so GSX thinks you are outside a parking spot.

In fact, I use MSFS taxi to gate process and stop correctly whith marshaller signs but I would like to use GSX debording. When I call (GSX) jetway, it connect with the door without problem....OK, so it's mean that MSFS and GSX doens't know the same parking spot. Perahps the profile airport...

If you can call the jetway using the GSX menu, it means you are seeing the correct parking menu, otherwise the jetway option wouldn't be available.

Yersterday, I increase "tolerance" for position in GSX settings (x 1.6), wait and see

The tolerance doesn't affect that, it only affects the parking judgement. What affects the decision if you are or not in a parking, it's the threshold parameter of the parking customization.

OK, I suppose that you tell about "gatedistancethreshold" in profiles. In the case of this post, 25 m is the default value. So it is very strange to have more than 25m beetween "correct MSFS" parking spot and "correct GSX" parking post... Just to tell you that after increase "tolerance" parameter, the problem doesn't occurs again.
