Yes

Physical pen effects all physical damage

It's why bluestone is so effective in damage builds, all the pen effects yellow damage. Same goes for Qins in shred builds and all the magical counterparts

if you combo it with pridwen and/or spikes it works

theres a build thats mail/doumaru/cloak/prid/spikes I run in arena and it's funny, don't know how well that would work in conq tho

In arena I did Shiva with war banner but that's because war banner in arena is funny

You just stay at 10 stacks permanently

Combined with Shiva 1 MS and the double dash you are so mobile it's insane.
