Open gmail app -> Click on your profile -> Click on add another account -> Click on google -> Click on forgot email

After you Click forgot email, if you provide your phone number , it will send an verification code to your number ig (which is better) , or you can type in your email and you will be asked your name and surname of that email you are trying to recover.
