is heartrate monitors allowed for raw/completion recordings and is raw footage required for the form

might be a dumb question but in the rulebook it says "if you beat top 400 you must give raw footage" and i beat allegiance (top 1.1k), so is the "raw footage" section required to have raw footage and can that raw footage have the heartrate monitor in it (which was already apart of the raw footage)

hi! like you said how it is stated in the guidelines, you only need to provide raw footage for a level if its in the top 400. thats why the "Raw footage" section is optional when submitting levels under top 400. (you have to provide raw footage if you edited the clicks out of your youtube video or if you edited over the footage though)
to answer the second part of the question: yes! if the heartrate monitor is part of your recording, it can be there as long as it isnt blocking anything crucial (cheat indicator)

if youre editing the text over the recording, i believe you would need to provide raw footage. i would recommend adding the volume warning at the start, before the actual recording

okay actually one more question

so if i don't have a cheat ind on the endscreen, but i have the cheat ind throughout the entire level, it should get accepted according to "If a hack or mod used in your completion does not have an endscreen cheat indicator but does have an in-level cheat indicator, its in-level cheat indicator is required to be clearly visible throughout your completion."

this submission got denied for not having a endscreen cheat ind but it has the indicator throughout the entire level

oh, that depends on the mod menu you use!
if your mod menu has a cheat indicator that shows on the level endscreen, that one has to be turned on, the in-level one isnt required
if your mod menu doesnt have an option to have the cheat indicator on the endscreen menu, but has an in-level cheat indicator, the in-level one has to be turned on
for example, QOLmod had a timeframe where there was no cheat indicator on the endscreen, so all submissions using QOLmod needed to have the in-level one turned on instead
however the endscreen cheat indicator is the one that matters (if its there for the mod menu in question)

tldr: if your mod menu has an endscreen cheat indicator, that one has to be turned on

im not sure if megahack v9 has that option or not

because my video has the cheat indicator displayed the entire video besides the endscreen
