Whenever I try to login it tell me that I need to verify my account, but i dont see anywhere on the website or discord server anything about verifying my account.

this is a discord issue, not an aredl one
it means that the discord account you're trying to login with isn't verified
so either
- you didn't verify your email adress associated with your discord account
- or (most of the times it's that) the discord account you're logged in with in your browser isn't the right one
that's often because, when you open the discord website in your browser, if you click on "open discord" or whatever button it was, it will ask you for a username and will open a new discord window for you, under a "fake" account that isn't linked to an actual email, just so you can try out discord and stuff
but then your browser's discord will stay linked to that "fake" account, so when you try login in with aredl, discord tries using that account but since it isn't linked to an actual email it doesn't let you do anything
