Banned from submissions

Hi there, I'm taking a guess that I've been banned from submitting records because of my Mandragora and Insaction completions that didn't have cheat indicators. I'm not here to argue against that, I've accepted that, but I've just beaten Prismatic Haze as a new hardest with a cheat indicator so it would be much appreciated if I could be unbanned from making submissions.
