Silent up arrow

Hi! id like to record videos to submit to aredl but i play with an up arrow on laptop which doesnt make sound, how do i record my clicks without a second camera which i cant afford and not possibly audible up arrow clicks?

I used to record clicks with my phone, so I guess you can do that
