Since you're playing Terminal Attack, the RPG is a one time use gadget, that has shit accuracy unaimed and does a shit ton of self damage if shot close. Splash on the RPG also isn't the best, and most of the time you'll get about 80 damage out of it if shot unaimed, you taking 140 damage was just unlucky and the heavy probably would've taken 80 damage himself from the distance he shot. I could say the grenade is "unbalanced" since it does more damage than the RPG and has two charges.

Sucks to lose 140 damage, but there are other problems with this game then the RPG being "unbalanced". You won that fight, take the W and stop complaining.
