I do think that the heavys health should be lower, or bring up the health of light characters, The only other thing I could say is the sniper should be a one shot headshot on all characters. Just because the big guy is bigger doesn't mean he should be able to outlive a headshot from a sniper but that's just my opinion

This game is inherently a casual run n' gun cash grab. The devs have stated that it's not going to be a competitive game. They went with this ranked system so that streamers/people have variety in their games and therefore make the game look good. Ranked based system would pile all the cheaters in the high tier lobbies.

Now that the viewership on Twitch has dropped down to terrible numbers, they might consider reworking the system but I doubt it. The game's trending just like Splitgate and Super People did, regardless of the numbers.
