Idk, sometimes you just gotta sit down. Look at what inspired you and learn their style in particular. Mine since I started was Scott Pilgrim, yet it soon evolved - molded and eventually made me look for other artist to aspire too.

depends on what kinda feedback you want. I say you're doing good on the monochrome shading. Throw in a random color, something like red on buttons or even has a neon light (me personally, i dig neon lights)

If everything is black and white, I say a bold color from nowhere elevates the painting. Yet use at your discretion

i imagine form a tactical stand point that they will keep the ear pieces form obstructing hearing as much as possible because animal have better ears

but for unit that primary use radio for comms like plane/ tank/ sup i have no clue lol

a whistle weapon that disorient/stun enemy huh? i can only see it main use being a tool to stop people form rioting in the street but if we're talking warfare.

• it can't be a vehicle carrying a big ass boom box blasting at enemy at medium range because it just get beaten by tanks
• artillery cell might work but i think not
• i think it most likely be a situational tool like a shotgun (or a grenade) it'll be use it close range/room clearing ect. so it "likely" won't be use in vehicle combat

now about the helmet
if we want to counter the "sound weapon" we would use something like the pic shown (its also detachable btw), now we just have to shape it to fit a fox ear or something which i think there's 2 ways going about this

• just dug tape it on top of the helmet so it be 2 lil nub at the top of the head
• reshape it to a triangle for the ears, would look cool this one

I'm not a gun guy, but I've seen enough gun stuff... Usually with feeding belts, the bullets are going directly in the chamber—afaik.

The barrel is not in line sure, but what bugs me more is why is the carry handle slot now the gas block and where the gas block used to be there is some kind of support rail also why is the mag so detailed? normally it's just a plastic B O X. I think there's too large a disconnect in the realism of the weapon and the character.
I would simplify the details of the LMG but still skim over them. To me that would suggest that the intricacies of the weapon, molded and manufactured for war, is deeply at odds with the cute, edgeless boi wielding it.
He doesn't look grizzled. His face says rookie to me. It says Gumball enlisted after high school. I think having the two (the weapon and the character) side by side, with their differences in detail, is great juxtaposition. The extra bits and hard lines on the gun are at odds with the soft curves and cuddly nature of the gunner, which I really like.

The ankle would be way further back because your leg just goes straight down until your ankle and the boots would be more twisted in turn depending on how you want to angle them ofc

Could accentuate the paw-foot more if it is a paw. Right now it looks like a regular boot with an odd angle, but changing the ankle a little could show that it is a paw

ignore the shitty line art and folds, but this is how I would have emphasised the digitigrade legs more to get that bendy shape showing through baggy clothing
It looks a little rough with flat lines as folds but with colour shading you’d see a little better and can accentuate how that fabric would be doing all sorts of folding at those awkward knees where’s its being pulled and compressed

Me and my brother really like fighting with weapons but the only options we had would either sting really bad on impact or break quickly so I made these to fix both those problems. It’s pvc wrapped in pool noodles and duct tape so there’s enough surface area and give to make it not super painful while having lots of durability.

The cross couplings on the Zweihander cost more than the 10 foot pipes though lol. About $6 each including tax

The strings of an upright piano. Loud sounds near it make the strings vibrate and it sounds cool. It was supposed to be hung on the wall but it is literally about 250-300 pounds

Haven't touched my drawing tablet for like a year, this is the last piece I made before succumbing to a total art block

Art block from personal experience:
*Art block came in the form of only creating sketches - I didn't have proper lineart style nor form of color theory I'd follow,, every drawing I made had some feeling yet I was drawing mindlessly and without care into what the piece foretells. Sure I was honing in my skills, yet in Hindsight I wasn't drawing with purpose nor reason - I just drew what felt right.

For me, I got into a visual novel; one that I really loved and even become enamored because the artist who drew the spirits and models had me floored - I found my inspiration and started to experiment. Drawing those same characters in different ways and styles. Eventually making a keystone drawing that was favored by the Creator of the Visual Novel - it's a moment that happens once in a blue moon, and you have to decide to take it or let it slip - I grasped only that moment and blasted off, with a reborn since of purpose and motivation.

Effectively, someone popular had to break me out of my artblock to make me see the beauty that was my style.*

What tablet do you have?
When my screen-less pen tablet succumbed to a faulty socket after many years, I got a screen tablet, and the comfort of drawing on a screen really refreshed my passion for it!

Also, this pixel art is stunning - but to me personally it's one of the most exhausting styles because of the detail you need to put in it - not sure what your style is generally, but maybe branching out into something looser could be fun?

it looks stiff, but dont draw individual hair strands create an outline and follow the flow of the hair i.e shading and texture

Would remove all the little strand lines apart from your big shapes so for example the strands coming off the root to frame the face you’d keep in. Most of the definition you’re going to achieve in the colouring stage and not lineart there.

Forgive the crappy lines it’s hard to draw on mobile but you’d want to give the hair some flow and direction overall. I can’t really tell how pin straight you wanted the hair to be from that lineart so ofc adjust how you want it but id shave some of that hair on the right side that sticks out off since it wouldn’t bunch there usually and id add a little hair below the chin to show the hair isn’t scraped back to the left side of the person unless thats your intent.
You wanna look at how you’ve angled the character too which in this case is slightly forward and down angle meaning the hair on the left wouldn’t sit like that and would instead fall onto the face a little more.
Since you drew the ear, id assume hair is scraped back around it? So id add that bend to show that’s where the hair is being pulled in from going behind ear too and you can flow that down with the curved line to follow the head tilt depending on how you draw the ear.

Hope the late night ramble makes sense!

some references for the ear situation, depending on how slick you want the hair to be, you may want to add little parts that come over the ear in sections that show how thick it is

One thing I'd suggest is making the detail lines connect - either to the point where the hair comes out of, or the end of the hair, or both

Quick mouse example to show what I mean: it helps figure out where the hair flows as you're following it from the root or to the ends

First of all, it looks very good, great job!
It depends on what the scope of the render is, if it isn't an architectural render and you want to make that feel more lived in, you could add some trash/trashcans and stuff like that, another tiny thing is that some of the bigger buildings feel hollow as we can see through them.
I kinda like the difference between the residential area and the background.
