Yeah this can have lots of downtime in between engagements so maybe you won’t like that. The fun thing with extraction shooters is somewhat that same feeling as battle royales with the tension building when there’s not immediate action, and then each fight being do or die, win or lose right here is intense. i generally don't like it because of the gunplay, just cod type shit doesn't appeal to me even when fps shooters is my favorite genre

XDefiant (imo) was like taking CoD and making it into a good experience thats also F2P

but it had no chance of taking on CoD

i tried xdefiant just to try it anyway but it wasn't appealing, imo the experience is kinda the same? hero shooter more idk? with the factions and stuff but i liked that it's f2p that was a good thing, unfortunately it didn't hold up i would have enjoyed this life more if cod is dead by now
