In a big open world game that contains a great detail, zero loading screens and fully dynamic day night cycle with weather system

On a hardware without any dedicated RT Cores

There is a fucking reason why you are unable to enable RT without owning a RTX card

See and that is the main difference and also a problem, Teardown uses voxel RT which is different to real RT.
As Digital Foundry explained - Voxel RT limits the world to voxels
Basically meaning that using Volex based RT in a game or world that is NOT based on voxels will not work

So as I was saying before - you could technically create a RT tech for each and single game separately, so it can be used most efficiently like Teardown did...
But why do that when a multi billion dollar company offers hardware with RT Cores that are specifically designed to run true and real raytracing that is not limited by anything? it saves time money to just use "normal" raytracing and let RT Cores do their job.

I'm not saying Voxel Based RT is not real, i'm saying that it's limiting what the game can be and look like

I am using term "real RT" to simply differentiate from Voxel Based RT and regural RT, that is not being limited to Voxels

Even though the gameplay designer isnt from DICE and it shows, the visceral nature of battlefield is very much present in this game and its very hard to replicate the nuances of what gives this feel and atmosphere even when its in a completely different environment, almost an inverted environement

I dont think soderlund will ever admit it if he was just pressured into it or not cause it is a very contentious issue, lootboxes are just universally shat on so that was easy. This game doesnt have a single trace of the creative problems that bf5 had, and if soderlund wanted to, he obviously could just do it again he's on nexon board member list

5. went on xbox cloud to activate the bundles to my account
6. switched back to epic games

also aside from splitgate I hugeeelyyyy recommend trying out Post trauma for any horror fans seeing this. I've been really excited for it for a little while now and it's release is coming up soon. It's an indie game but I think it's doing unbelievably well already, it has an almost 2nd person view style, constantly shifting almost like you're being watched while at the same time using it to play these forced perspective games on what it allows you to see, just slowwllyyy bringing you closer, layering on that creepy uneasy feeling as heavy as possible just slowly marching you through it. Twisting through hallways, letting you walk towards the camera so you don't have a clue whats coming. I'm barely into it and I've already completely forgotten I'm even supposed to be looking for clues just because of how entranced I got into it. Looks absolutely beautiful as well, art direction is amazing with everything almost coming apart at the seams in a really surreal way, none of the words or faces are very legible in that they're almost purposely "glitched" out with text and surrounding materials, lots of gorgeous looking ads as well as graffiti that help solidify the dream-like feel of it and work to convey your usual hints and puzzles to continue forward. (I will say the first puzzle was a little obtuse though and I'm not 100% sure I even did it correctly but it had a very interesting concept) A demo is out now that I would absolutely recommend trying out

Yeah most of em are still around that size. There are fewer portals than 1 but still plenty to traverse around the map quickly and whatnot. I just didn't like their large multi-team map because it lacked that opportunity to zip around with portals as easily as on smaller maps

I still liked the larger map for the most part though, and the movement overall feels much better than the first. Nearly everything gameplay-wise is definitely a step up from the first

Said statue later was worshipped and given soul which is a physical object in their universe. He woke up as a living statue made in between their long lost feud gone now
