They’re still all as good as you remember. Usually first instalments falter with time but 1 is still really solid. If you’re a videophile I’m pretty sure there’s a remaster on steam for the first game.

There’s a little game I’ve been following, Divine frequency, which is a survival horror made in doom 2’s engine. The demos on steam and it’s really good if you’ve the heart for horrors (I do not, that demo scared the shit outta me and it doesn’t even pull any lazy tricks, it’s all just perfect unsettling horror)
