What all fighting games have in common is the fact that they have a steep learning curve. That is mostly the common denominator. What fighting game enjoyers mostly trash on is the online implementation. The one with the best online right now is GG strive, and it took fighting games 10 years ro figure it out

D4 in the beta felt hella easy up to a certain point where a boss just starts slapping everyone

I just like how much slower D4 is and how you actually get hurt without just exploding in a single hit. It feels like all other arpgs these days are 1-shot big packs of enemies before you get 1-shot. I like that D4 is slowing it down making combat matter a bit.

The PvE still technically exists but its a husk of what is was meant to be, not to mention they wasted 6+ years developing it while putting PvP development on hold for 3 of those years
