I’m all about giving games a try, since I already pledged to Star Citizen many moons ago.. but apparently there are some very serious allegations about this game’s feastability…. I dunno why anymore but the top video I found was “why you should be concerned”

her cooldowns haven't been changed between OW1 and OW2 as far as I can tell. hell, shield bash has a lower CD, more range and more damage to make up for the lack of stun

brig has been continually copping nerfs since she was released though

so you cant do shieldbash, flaif and hit within a split second like you used to

#Battlefield locations have been amazing throughout the franchise.

I personally love locations where some are more infantry CQB focused with others that provide a great mix of infantry and vehicle combat.

What I like about BF1 maps is that they are not purely better at fidelity but also atmosphere and lighting including fog, sun rays, clouds, color grading, reflections, structure, etc

Cuz nowadays, making good details is pretty easy we even have AI to procedurally place down debris and shit to make it natural but damn BF1 is handcrafted so well

I think they are more like brawlers now, less shields in general.

They made the game 5v5, removed one of the tank slots and removed a lot of shield abilities and made shields weaker in general

You spend more time actually shooting at enemy players now, it's great

They also reduced the amount of stuns

(which is how I was able to get that POTG: I just walked up and Death Blossomed at the right time and they had nothing to interrupt me with, killed 4 people and clinched the win)

So anyway there's only one tank left and they're beefier and hit harder but their role is indeed more of a brawler, tanking is done by initiating and drawing aggro rather than standing around with a shield

from what i've seen, it has a lot of stuff that make you go "holy shit, wow" but after a while it becomes hollow

i would suggest that you get it when it eventually releases

I just learned A Plague Tale Requiem also doesn't have 60 fps mode on consoles. I don't like where this is going.

30fps is smooth on consoles , dont worry
it's even smooth on pc too but some players got used to 60 fps and cant play games on 30

I can play it, especially some not so action oriented game like A Plague Tale.

But at 30 fps it runs at 1440p. For comparison Horizon Forbidden West's 4k mode is 30 fps. Optimization looks to be a problem. The game still looks gorgeous though.

Alright, I've played first descendant for half an hour. Performance is rough, there are annoying repetitive voice lines, gunplay is decent, levels look nice. The game is very hero oriented which I am not a fan of. I have a feeling Arc Raiders will be the better game.

None of the looter shooters seems to get close to Destiny, maybe it's because Destiny is an fps.

pro tip, don't play during free fly because the game shits itself even harder than usual, poor representation of what it's actually like

just buy a pack outside event hours and refund within 30 days if you don't like it
