Even CS2 has two ranked modes now. "Ranked" based on time spent on a map and "Premier" which is the old ranked that actually uses your glicko rating. Premier also doesnt assign a rank anymore and just gives you your glicko rating instead. So now casual scrubs can say they're Global Elite because they spent 1000 hours playing Mirage (even though their glicko is only like 3000 )
