Hello everyone. Does anyone else have this issue? At the highest performance settings GPU utilization doesn't go above 45-50% and I get an FPS of 60-70. At higher quality settings GPU utilization goes to 90-100% and I get better FPS at around 80

Siege didnt like it, it keeps crashing. With 360hz it runs fine

I want the most frames at the lowest settings. But it seems like the GPU just decreases its usage to fit 70 the FPS mark. In the open beta i was getting 110 FPS consistently

ik some games store textures at higher res then downscale them for lower settings, which helps gpu but makes cpu usage worse
