could be any number of things, that is just the first line it writes, so sadly not really. as long as people do send and close we can actually do something about it. but it looks like some gpu related issue, so i would check for updated drivers and maybe turn off driver optimizations (amd and nvidia have some funky things, they might mess stuff up)
