Maybe a temp bullet deflect rightclick, if they are shooting you from the front you can deflect them for a SHORT period of time while catching up? allows for counterplay with things like flamethrower if sword becomes meta

I played like an hour or two but stopped because they’ve been testing since 2018,

So a lot of the players are mad good, already know mechanics and guns etc..

Kinda how people will feel when all the people who have been testing this game since closed alpha will feel. We will have a little bit of an edge because we know the objective, how the guns work for the most part, the skills to use.. etc..

The PvE mode is fun!

Basically a rogue-like FPS shooter

hey bro kinda in the same boat! I used to play a lot of video games in 2018-2019.. then stopped playing until 2021, this year I made it my goal to get a new setup and start playing again but nothing really peaked my interest this year, then I got lucky finding this game and joining this community! Also I got in very early and had the blessing being able to play in the Alpha, it’s been a pleasure and a warm welcome.

I am excited to see the growth of this game and this server over the next 3-6 months. I like how close knit we are and able to just all joke with eachother everyday with minimal trolls and disruptions.. that’ll be something I will miss when this game inevitably blows up but I hope we all can stay in touch regardless! With or without the game. I couldn’t tell you I’ve stayed up playing a game all night it was like reliving my call of duty years as a teenager… (I’m 27 now) which is also a big reason why I don’t play many games is I feel they’re plagued by young players and no offence to those but I don’t wanna be stuck joining chats with 14 year olds..

I haven’t been this active in a games community for a bit, mainly because of moderation always seems to be a huge issue, whether it’s mods picking favorites, mods being immature, getting some sort of power trip etc.. so a lot of discords I’m in I try not even to talk until like a game announcement is made.. the last discord I was active in A LOT was the overwatch discord a long time ago.

Because Youtube sucks... When Youtube was first created, it was more like North American, public access television + memes, but Youtube was drowning finanacially ( as was Facebook ) because there was no way to monetize the thing... until sponsored advertisements became a thing and then Youtube started being reshaped into whatever Corporations wanted Youtube to be ( ie. no sex talk, no swearing, family friendly ). Capitalism turns everything to shit eventually.

Yeah you're right, but it was probably for the best

Apart from the double ads and unskippable ads, YouTube is still the best place to upload and also stream in some cases

There's 0 competition as Twitch is still primarily a streaming service

Plus YouTube offers incredible bitrate compared to Twitch, etc for how many people are on the site

Depends on why you want to upload a video. If your video gets demonitized, is there any point? Depends on the creators point of view. And now you have people trying to pad videos to 10 minutes, because that's supposedly the optimal length-to-money ratio. So you have to sit there through 10 minutes of drivel or people repeating the same thing over and over every 3 minutes.

Just not really having fun since I'm constantly getting destroyed by vehicles and no matter how much I focus on killing vehicles, my team are playing call of duty :L

Been trying out the M200 sniper rifle since it destroys the cameras on vehicles which has been working out well for me tbh

It really sucks how much time has been wasted on that game at this point

The game is the same game as it was in 2018 when I first bought into the alpha

The literal same balancing issues where vehicles are wayyy too OP and we gave the exact same feedback but they didn't listen a bit

The only positive chances to the game are

1. UI rework
2. Animation rework (still lots of clunkiness in it like grenade throwing)
3. Performance improvements
4. Maps rework
5. They brought back Smolensk :3 best map

Fun fact: AR-15 style rifles are REQUIRED to have a pistol grip to keep a little spring an pin in place. That spring and pin holds the safety in place so without it, your rifle will just switch between firemodes and safety depending on how you jiggle your gun :P
