winch is a 0.5-1 second stun depending on range you hit at. if you miss, it goes on cooldown. even though I have my gripes with it, it punishes you for being bad.

goo gun was just point and click. if you don't hit them, shoot again. longer stun, more spammable. most other changes would require fundamental changes to how goo works and they don't want that headache. ammo reductions and reload changes would be annoying for people wanting to use goo gun for things that aren't infinitely stunning people.

Thermal was one of the core counters to invis.

Then thermal was just removed. But they never made any changes to invis in order to accommodate this lack of one countermeasure.

Thus invis got buffed a decent amount in a passive way.

I agree gadget removals suck and lights had to deal with that the most. But thermals had bugs that made them never turn off. One of the bugs was that it would not highlight invis lights which is kind of ironic.

Saying invis getting a "passive buff" let alone that that would be a problem... is just silly tho, imo. Hands down weakest spec rn.

Game settings are decently important but it’s only a slight change ON 1080, on 1440 it does change how well u can see them quite a lot. Ping not really unless u got enough ping to make you have more problems than just not seeing light. Eyesight shouldn’t be a problem , I probably have some of the worst eyes here and can easily still see them even up to like 20-30m
