It kinda did, they finally gave us a roadmap, they introduced The Finals academy which should help new players to significantly understand the game better (they probably should put the content there on youtube lmao) and gave a new spec to medium finally after 8 seasons, this will shake up the meta, but heavy and light mains didn't really get much to play with this season except for the point break map. The roadmap indicates that S11 and specially S12 will be the seasons where Embark finally locks in
