we have one of the most consistent players bases around

2 shots 234 + 31 = 265
3 shots: 351 + 31 = 382

Light breakpoint: 1 shot + Quick Melee or 2 shots.

Either of these adjustments will make the Cerberus much more viable but not opressive towards lights (the old problem)
