I'm not 100% sure if the bug is entirely fixed yet where it stops healing after a throw, but if so then it's VERY good right now.
A+ or higher easily cos of all the interactions and ridiculous team value it provides.
If you are good with juggling util and lean into a more support player role you will get crazy dividends from running it.

Goo nades shouldnt be used on heavy because your teammates can easily run that so it'd be a waste of a slot on heavy tbh

Barricades dont have a place because of the difficulty of placing in a lot of scenarios, if you want a defensive option you dont want to have scenarios where it just wont work sometimes

Pyro mines are good

But the strength of the heal ball is that you can heal yourself with a busted weapon and headglitch with infinitely regenerating hp
