you do. you open with glitch as a way to disarm winch, and you null one. no matter what happens he wont be able to wind his minigun until the null goes away. go for a winch on another and focus fire him. the null heavy is a free kill cause he wasnt charged up and you just need to worry about spacing with the third heavy, then kill him after the second one (nulled heavy) dies
