Alternatively, once you dash you have limited time to use the other 2 dashes before it goes on a long cd (to allow grapple to shine as a constant movement option)

Also grapple needs a small buff to its cd, either in the form of working like Apex Legends Pathfinder grapple (cd based on distance) or a flat cd nerf

And I really have no clue on how to make cloak viable without making it piss everyone the fuck off

Oh and if you really want to see less dash usage, nerf winch also (reduce the stun, increase the delay after what you can shoot after using the winch (make the delay start after finishing the winch))

Its something you cannot fix completely but you can fix the issues visible on the clips I sent definitely with just adjustments of where the winch comes out from and checking the relative position of the player from the hitbox on collision (also not registering any hits while winch is returning)
