#PlaceHolderAPI Maths - How do I change the placeholder display?
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
I want to use these placeholders as Attack Damage and Skill Damage. But it is displayed very crookedly in the gui.
You will need to use the Language file
Is it possible to change the formula here..?
I can only remove the percentage symbol.. (damage modifier=1, power = 10)
😦
I am not sure @mellow ermine
I don't think you can do maths on the pet stats
You can apply a math function over the levels manually, but not through a placeholder I think
at least I never coded such operators to be parsed in the pet stats
also this is just 1.9 power if you wanna have the correct parsing I believe
if it's PAPI Placeholder
just download Math placeholder extension and do math that way lmao
Not sure it'd work either
that'd be the easiest way to do it if you want to support it ngl
Well I find it weird having placeholders into placeholders
Power etc... Are already placeholders by themselves for mythicmobs
nested placeholders just allow people with all possiblities outside of what already available
I thought about it, but if reverse mathematical calculations are performed in all skills and with each pet attack, it can heavily load the server, it seems to me.
It would be more convenient and understandable for people to clearly see the characteristics of their pets than some percentage of the base value..
you can add it as #1021436348990754856
