there's a way to not spawn hostile mobs but spawn pets?

Good morning! Does anyone know if there's a way to not spawn hostile mobs but spawn pets? (world guard)

I just use zombie villager honestly or wolf and then by hand remove all the other mobs xD

since zombie villagers have weird conditions to spawn they are not normally generated
