hi, is it possible in the fail config to ban some items in the pet inventories? or is there a permission that enables or disables the ability to open pet inventories?

Is it possible to blacklist items from pet inventories?

Not atm, and it sounds quite use-case specific. Tbh not on the list of urgent features, but I could easily see an add-on handling these kind of things for MCPets

Can you only open the inventory if you have a given permission?

Not at the moment either, but that could be a good thing to post in #1021436348990754856 !

If you're on MCPets 4.0.0, you can do that through the editor

making the InventorySize to 0 (or default the line with shift click)

or else, right in the config

#

remove the InventorySize line

did you restart the server here ?

Coz it looks like you changed the inventory value to 0 here, but didn't restart so the cached inventory got confused, leading to that issue

I also removed the line, but the problem remains, and keep in mind that every change was made with the server turned off and then started

In this path " Server\plugins\MCPets\Pets " I removed the " InventorySize " line directly from the pet settings but in spite of everything when I enter the server I do the /mcpets command and the one shown before gives me an error.

I would be fine even if there was a permission to block players from using pet inventories, but here.. even removing the inventory gives me problems

It's giving you problem in the instance coz you had inventories enabled on that pet

#

and because of that, it's been serialized

#

and now it's looking for it
