It’s actually a herbivore, just because it looks like Dimentrodon doesn’t mean it needs to be a carnivore like one, think of it like how rhinos in Cenozoic are savannahs but woolly rhino is the only rhino in snows and like how ground sloths are in caverns but Mylodon is the only ground sloth in snows
#Edaphosaurus should be a herbivore

I think this is a nice and quick change that could be made. It would balance out the amounts of carnivores as well.
Yeah
Yeah there are a few creatures that should have their classes changed
-
Iguanosuchus is explicitly stated in-game to be a carnivore yet it is a herbivore
-
Most “amphibians” aren’t even amphibians
-
Metriorynchus wasn’t even a land animal
Amphibian should just be changed to “Amphibious” IMO
They are definitely capable of making a creature with a carnivore animation set a herbivore, considering they made Mylodon, which has a caverns animation set, a snows creature
You’re right
Also its hybrid isn't herbivore so it wouldn't make a difference
They could just make iguanosuchus a dual type
A Herbivore Amphibian... doesn't sound problematic at all >->
How would this even work gng
When against Carnivores and Pterosaurs, the Iguanosuchus is just going to have neutral class advantage if it were to be a Herbivore/Amphibian class seeing how both classes counter/are weak to the former two. It wouldn’t make sense at all. 😆
Now that begs the question, what if cross hybrids one day end up getting dual classes. Would an Ophthacerapsis that would be both Amphibian/Reef enjoy a 2x class advantage multiplier against a Carnivore/Surface Pyroraptor Dominion or Spinosaurus Rebirth while either of the two suffer from a 1/4 class disadvantage? 🤔
Regardless making it a carnivore over a stupid thing in game makes no sense
A stupid thing in game, that has since been changed with creatures like Mylodon and Barracuda using rigs for different classes than they normally are
